1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition listed in BRL for Turboelitecore cohort programs purchased directly through our enrollment team or official invoices. Third-party resellers follow their own policies.
2. Eligibility
Consumers domiciled in Brazil may withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase without stating a reason, provided cohort access or digital keys have not been substantially consumed, per CDC Article 49.
3. Partial access
If you attend more than one live lab or download protected lab packs after purchase, we may deduct a proportional value for consumed services when calculating refunds.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, hardware deposits, and shipping of physical kits are non-refundable once ordered on your behalf unless the vendor permits cancellation.
5. How to request
Email refunds@turboelitecore.digital with enrollment ID, cohort name, and reason (optional). We confirm receipt within two business days.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within up to two invoice cycles, depending on card issuers or bank timelines.
7. Cancellations by Turboelitecore
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. Force-majeure events follow rebooking first, refund second once alternatives are exhausted.
